Max, I was in the office when your Grandmother had her fit of rage. You failed to mention her same behavior she demonstrated at our office in FFG to my Daughter. Her paper work wasn't lost, it was moved after she never showed to four appointments she had made. I let her come to the Crossville office because of her insurance company. My staff asked her to update her information when she made loud remarks at my staff and my business. I heard you ask her not to act that way. The patient in my office was afraid she was going to break our door down. Please if you are going to give a review tell the complete story.

I was so happy to find a hearing center with updated equipment and a friendly staff. John Davis, the new owner gave me different options to correct my hearing loss with out pressure. I love my new Audibel hearing aids and recommend Advance Hearing centers.
